Starting the Coaching process 

To ensure a good fit between your business requirements and the services we provide, we invest time and effort in better understanding you and your business. 
 
Using this approach helps both parties to make an informed decision about whether to take a business coaching relationship forward. 
 
 
 
 

STAGE 1: Our initial conversation 

A free, no obligation 30-minute telephone discussion to establish the specific health and social care business challenges and issues you are faced with and the input and support you are looking for. We then provide an overview of the support we can offer alongside the fees relevant to the work involved in supporting you and your organisation.

STAGE 2: Increased understanding 

You will then be invited to complete a pre-coaching questionnaire which will detail your current situation including your personal and business opportunities, challenges, targets and desires and what you believe are your support requirements.

STAGE 3: Getting clarity 

The responses to the questionnaire help us to gain a truer understanding of your health and social care business position. We then schedule an on-line, telephone or face to face meeting in person to discuss your questionnaire responses and to jointly agree the coaching support that is indicated. If all parties are in agreement and wish to benefit from our services, we will prepare our joint Coaching agreement to be signed, request the first month’s fees in advance of our working and to agree how and when to support will be delivered.

If all parties are in agreement and wish to benefit from our services, we will prepare our joint Coaching agreement to be signed, request the first month’s fees in advance of our working and to agree how and when to support will be delivered. 

STAGE 4: Let’s begin 

Coaching is most effective when it is received regularly. Due to this we would work with you initially on a joint agreement of 12 weeks. The sessions will usually take place weekly for at least the first 4 weeks together. We can then look to steadily reduce regularity as you start to progress. I will also provide email and telephone support between our sessions as and when needed.
